Nature panorama of the Fulton Chain of lakes from Bald Mountain

	I have climbed Bald Mountain in the Old Forge / Inlet region of the Adirondack Park numerous times to enjoy the view of the Fulton Chain of lakes from the summit ledge - and the fire tower. The view from the fire tower in particular is a sweeping view that encompasses the first four lakes of the Futon Chain - and surrounding Adirondack foothills - as well as a view of Blue Mountain, the Adirondack High Peaks on a real clear day - and the mountain ladscape to the north of Bald Mountain. This short climb is one of the most heavily traveled trails in the Adirondacks.
